He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk state art school (1951). A teacher by profession - N. Panin.
A member of artist Union of the USSR since 1970, member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine.At September 28th, 2000 the painting of Victor Belov "Meeting in the village. Siberia" was sold at auction "Christie`s" in London for 4123 dollars.
