Belov Viktor Omelyanovich
/1925-2004/ 02.12.1925 was born in village Marianivka Sophia district of Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine. He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk state art school (1951). A teacher by profession – N. Panin. A member of artist Union of the USSR since 1970, member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine.At September 28th, 2000 the painting of Victor Belov “Meeting in the village.
